I know life is hard, and it may seem unbearable sometimes but I promise you it is worth living. You will do amazing things one day and in the future it will be obvious how great things are. There are people out there that can help, if you can't turn to friends or family there are places on campus that can help. Although everyone at the University of Guelph come from all walks of life we are in this together. Just remember, you are loved and your life is precious, reading your secret made me want to reach out to you and tell you that I will be thinking of you and you can get through this! :) Stay Strong!!
